Residents have access to a variety of internal and external programs designed to help them address the issues that result in homelessness. During their stay in our shelter, residents may participate in several or all components of our program. Program participation is determined through case management.

Work Skills Development
Many of the families coming to OHM for help need assistance finding employment, developing or re-learning basic work skills, or building a resume. Residents work with an on-site job coach to address employment-related issues. Click here to learn more
